The Freedom Party of Austria and the Rise of Euroscepticism

The Freedom Party of Austria and the Rise of Euroscepticism: The so-called sanctions were swiftly dropped in September 2000, but instead of lambasting the EU, former leader Jörg Haider announced that the Party would attempt to reform it. He stated that “the structure of the EU has to be changed so that self-appointed bullies cannot trample over the smaller states” (cited in Leidig, 2000).?

One of the most important Irish Judgment’s you will ever read ……. | Awaken Longford

One of the most important Irish Judgment’s you will ever read ……. | Awaken Longford: The High Court has a special procedure for reviewing the legality and processes of the acts of administration bodies. In every one of these so-called judicial reviews, the court will double-check that the procedures employed by the statutory body in question comply with the requirements of natural justice. Yet curiously, the process of the High Court itself in the procedures it follows in these fast track summary judgment cases seems never to have been rigorously scrutinised to confirm due process.?

Communist Party of Ireland

Communist Party of Ireland: As a people, we are excluded from any share in framing the laws by which we are governed. The higher ranks usurped the exclusive exercise of that privilege, as well as many other rights, by force, fraud, and fiction. By force the poor were subdued, and dispossessed of their interests in the soil; by fiction the titles of the spoilers were established; and by fraud on the productive industry of future generations the usurpation was continued.?

A True Life Story of Life in an Irish Industrial School

A True Life Story of Life in an Irish Industrial School: Because of the grammar??? Are you serious???? This man tells the story as he knows it and YOU are more concerned with the grammar than the words… Shocked really! These boys were taught how to break rocks, how to hold their breath under water long enough to not drown under the “brothers” hands, how to survive on morsels, how to not tell of the sexual violence they endured, how to wake up every morning feeling un-loved and forgotten by their families. These boys were NOT taught grammar in their “school”. My father was in Letterfrack from 12-16 years of age, sadly he has suffered to this day having never dealt with his childhood… Nobody should ever correct a suffering, dying inside man! Shame on you!!!
