Im just wondering if the recommendations made in the Judge Ryan Report will ever"BE" implemented?Fr.Dr.Eoin Ryan in one of his articles said "a particular class who perceive themselves outsiders in their own society"The "CLASS"he was referring to was written about years ago by Dr.Joseph Robins"The Lost Children"today they are been written about because of the Ryan Commission Report,60 years it took to show what was truly going on in Irish society.but will anything really change?Or are the "cruelty men and women"still causeing suffering to the most disadvantaged.while the [grey haired men]and their ilk turn a blind eye?
