Department of Taoiseach - Dail Debate on the Report of the Commission of Inquiry into Child Abuse11 June 2009, Speech by An Taoiseach, Mr. Brian Cowen TD.So the heroes of 1916 died so all children of the nation would be cherished equally,it says so in the irish proclamation? But this document proves that there should have been a disclaimer"except for those from disadvantaged backgrounds"whether its child abuse or child welfare their constitutional rights will not apply. With all the hullabloo going on at the moment and victims been invited to all sorts of official meetings[those with a voice]what about those who havent got a voice?Who are deaf and"MUTE"i dident see many of them been invited anywhere?as they say time will tell.
