SERIOUS COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENT

Well werent we a lucky little country we found people interested enough in the "PUBLIC INTEREST"before they were struck down by some mysterious ailment?Brendan Howlin and Jim Higgins instead of been berated should have been given honoury doctorates of law for their determination in exposing what is the biggest scandal of the abuse of power.I hope all these tribunals are the litmus to "ENCOURAGEINGCHANGE"in a country where money is god and power corrupts.Maybe just maybe the young and not the[grey haired men]in the form of sociology student"Sinead Pembroke"will help bring about that change. The public at large havent a clue what goes on in the field of the "LEGAL SYSTEM"It is the mandrins in the department of [justice?]and elsewhere who know whats true or false.Read the late judge Kinlens last report .As for myself by the time i meet the likes of the Sinead Pembrokes of this world i will probably be suffering with a serious cognitive IMPAIRMENT.slan.

a corrupt society

just finished reading the thoughts of archbishop diarmuid martin in the sunday irish mail quote"the new globalised nature of the economy requires new international structures to combat irresponsible behaviour unquote.so the public at large should try and get their hands on john buckleys comptroller and auditor generals report 2007,they should also follow whats going on in f.a.s.?then you have fr.brian darcy thinking in print that the family unit is vital to our society,he goes on to say he was never comfortable being part of a society where big business, money and powerful institutions bullied the individual?fr.brian goes on to quote a mr.clifford longley who questions the powers that are given to certain sections in society to be used against other sections of society [mainly the working class,my quote]he speaks about family breakdown in modern society and says it is so deep-rooted that the very basic values and beliefs of society have to be questioned and "CHANGED".Now those two stories got me thinking of a man fr.brian would know very well, and who i had the good fortune to meet myself he was Bryan Henry Kelly .NUJ.and he worked in the sunday world this was in 1986,we hadent got the mahon tribunal at that time so the advice Brian gave me then would sound very hollow today, but im more than shure a lot of journalists knew what was going on at that time in so-called respectable circles,it took a brave and honest journalist Joe macAnthony twelve years previous to expose what really went on,but what happened to him for writing the truth? How many of his collegues had been turning a blind eye in order to keep their own places in society?Anyhow Bryan felt at that time that what i was trying to do contravened certain laws, rules, and regulations, which are there for EVERYONE to obey.He went on to explain to me about the natural law of greed cum the history of supply and demand,he said he was sorry for been so "pessimistic"but he did give me practical help at that time.I also brought this problem to fr.peter mcverry. Now to the present day and what Brian darcy wrote about the family unit been vital in society,my family has been fractured because there is no help with a medical condition that is very frightening to my adult children, plenty of so called professionals are aware of our plight but have also ignored it.So the question is should i or my family have empathy with others who find themselves in crisis?I will leave that question to fr brian darcy and diarmuid martin, while they ponder the question"whats wrong in modern society"slan.

Is the irish judiciary a reflection of todays society.

Read an interesting story in todays irish daily mail, what made it interesting was the author would not print their name[irish daily mail reporter]maybe because the subject was about the most powerful institution in this state the[judiciary]?Many moons ago a mark smith wrote about solicitors"a law unto themselves"this was when ray burke promised the public a solicitors amenment bill, there was also talk about an ombudsman for the legal profession, the dir.general of the law society that time noel ryan said it was unfair to single out solicitors"why isent the whole judicial system subject to such a remit"?not only do the irish judiciary need to be shaken up but the constitution as well.have the public ever quired irish legal practice under our constitution/for example bearing in mind the present debacle over the lisbon treaty, since 1922 ireland has been governed under a written constitution-embodying the principle of judicial review legislation.but where a civil servant in any department had been authorised in accordance with law to "AUTHENTICATE"a ministers seal, and an order signed by him omitted to say he was so AUTHORISED,is or was the VALIDITY therof affected?what is the ordinary joe soaps expectations of OUR constitution, laws ,legislation, etc. So will we ever get a more inclusive legal system.maybe the riff raff of society[the working class]should take a trip over to the law library tomorrow night 19/9/2008.to see how our lordships think about those from less-advantaged backgrounds.IS IT TIME FOR CHANGE?

Is the ireland of yesteryear truly gone?

How can a stranger who makes decisions on other peoples lives imply they know what they are going through unless they have experienced the other persons problems themselves?A good example of that would be the story dermot bolger wrote in the irish daily mail about a man[human being]Peter Tyrrell who set himself on fire in 1967 in despair at trying to highlight the abuse he suffered in irish institutions. His plight has been ignored by those with the power to do something about it,as mr bolger states in his story the sense of trust and selfworth was beaten out of him by his lifes experience.A book has been written "founded on fear"after forty years of his life story been ignored by the elite holy joes in his own country, the up standing citizens in so called high places where those in authority got away with evil deeds they publicly condemned and the mass media were complicit in that abuse and corruption that was allowed carry on unchecked as we can see today for over sixty years.Secrecy was god then and still is, again as Peter Bolger states people dident want to know about the Peter Tyrrells of this world he wasent beleived and those that did beleive him couldnt find a way to put it into print so it has taken forty one years for his life to be given a voice which was supressed and ignored by official ireland of the day.As i say on another site"sprit 2008"Forgotten families"they will never be forgotten.

Daingean: Minister describes steps to uncover abuse in 1960s

Daingean: Minister describes steps to uncover abuse in 1960s
Hi richard bruton did you read cormac o keeffes article on our
luxury prison conditions? The cohorts that reside there[brian purcells words]could be defined as a group of people from a particular background who are part of a clinical trial or study[social engineering]who have been observed over a very long
period of time.If you go to the internet site"public inquiry"[irish corruption]under the following headings"whos watching the watchers"unanswere questions"be very afraid"
WHATS NEW"you will see the "stupid"cohorts are now watching the watchers. Some may have passed on but others havent,it is now time for real change in the public and civil service. If society{the ruleing class]does not want to repeat its shameful past, which is only showing its effects today.Does diaramuid martin still want a debate[forum]on the real true causes of crime.slan
