http://EncourageChange.Blogspot.ComMARY IMMACULATE SCHOOL FOR DEAF CHILDREN.I WISH TO STATE THAT IN MY OPINION SR.TERESEA FARRELLY WAS AND IS A SAINT,SHE WAS IN CHARGE OF THIS SCHOOL FOR DEAF CHILDREN.BUT JUST BECAUSE NOBODY WAS PROSECUTED FOR ABUSEING CHILDREN DOESENT MEAN IT DIDENT HAPPEN.MY CHILD WAS ABUSED PUNISHED AND"HUMILIATED"IN THIS SCHOOL.AND AFTER WATCHING THE DOCUMENTRY"ABUSE OF TRUST"AND HOW REGLIOUS COULD IT"APPEARS"DICTATE TO GARDA COMMISSIONERS AS TO HOW TO GO ABOUT INVESTIGATING COMPLAINTS OF ABUSE,IS IT NOT NOW TIME FOR THE GARDI TO HAND OVER "ALL"THEIR FILES ON COMPLAINTS OF ABUSE OVER MANY YEARS?AS MARY RAFFERTY SAID THE SETUP OF "POWER STRUCTURES"WAS SOMETHING ELSE.ARE THE SAME POWER STRUCTURES STILL IN PLACE?I THINK IT IS NOW TIME FOR THE DPP'S POWER TO BE QUESTIONED IN RELATION TO ABUSE CASES"THE REASONS PROJECT?"AS EVERYONE KNOWS NOW IT WAS POWER THAT ALLOWED ALL THIS NOW EXPOSED ABUSE CARRY ON FOR SO LONG BECAUSE CERTAIN PEOPLE COULDNT BE QUESTIONED ABOUT THEIR ACTIONS.WILL THE RYAN REPORT REALLY MAKE THAT MUCH DIFFERENCE?NOT IF THE CONSTITUTION IS NOT CHANGED TO ENSHRINE THE RIGHTS OF CHILDREN IN IT.
